| Refunds will only be made when programs are filled or cancelled by BCRC. Refund requests in cases of medical or other circumstances will be considered. We reserve the right to cancel combine or divide programs when necessary. Refunds due to cancellations require 2-4 weeks. A $5.00 cancellation fee will be assessed at that time. |
| LATE REGISTRATION A $5.00 per participant service charge will be applied to all late registrations. RETURN CHECK POLICY A $30 charge on all checks returned from the bank to BCRC for payment services. We reserve the right to prohibit an individual from participating in a program until payment has been received in full by cash or money order. |
