Halloween Costume Exchange

Hey Parents!  Do you have trouble deciding what to do with those Halloween costumes once Halloween is over?  Then trying to figure out how to round up a costume before Halloween?  How about you donate them to the Inaugural BCRC Halloween Costume Drive?!

Beginning on Friday, September 1st through Friday, October 13th you can donate your gently used Halloween costumes in the costume drop at the Baldwin Academy of Dance and Voice.  Be sure all costumes are bagged.  From there Baldwin City Recreation will provide 2 opportunities for you to pick out a free costume for your kiddo.  They will be:

  1. Saturday, October 7th at the Baldwin Education Foundation’s Brat Fest 11:00AM-2:00PM
  2. Saturday, October 14th at BCRC’s Concert and Movie Night 6:00PM-10:00PM

Both of these events are in Sullivan Square in downtown Baldwin City.  So, in the meantime, round up those gently used costumes, bag them up and donate them to us and let’s get them back out on the streets for Halloween!
